Monday's Broadcast:
On Monday's edition of The Connection, Skip Heitzig continues in our series of teachings called Church? Who Needs It. Preaching should lead to practicing. The church at Jerusalem heard the apostles' doctrine, and they followed it. But not only that. They "continued steadfastly," which means they persevered, even when they were under persecution. Join Skip on Monday's broadcast to learn more.
Resource Offer:
The Jesus Movement in the '60s and '70s was a miraculous move of God to reach out to the lost youth of America, who had tried everything the world offered them and were still unfulfilled. The new feature-length documentary film Riptide tells the story of this supernatural work of God, using the testimonies of people at the center of the Jesus Movement. Riptide chronicles a time when God touched a generation that had become bogged down in selfishness and sin, and thereby reached out to a nation and the world.
